Thank you for the sweet comment, Lori. The octopus was so amazing to me in the way it can change not only the shape of it's body--but also the color. When we first arrived at the aquarium, it was a dull putty color. When it saw the food, it came alive! :) You'll have to show it to Emma. Have a great day. xoxo (((hugs))) Kim

Hi Kim, Thanks for the tour of the aquarium they are amazing places. We have a good one here in Sydney that I visit every now and then it has the biggest sharks that swim right over the top of you the first time I went it was quite scary they are magnificent creatures. that looks like a huge octopus. Have a great weekend!! Trish xox ')

Bluebirds and Butterflies

Hi Trish,
I hope you are enjoying your weekend, too! The aquarium in Sydney sounds wonderful. The octopus in the aquarium do get quite large. They are well taken care of and fed regularly. When they grow too big for the tanks, they are released into the Puget Sound. I am hoping to see one of the releases one day. It would be interesting. Have a nice weekend. xoxo Kim

Bren still talks about that octopus! She has wonderful memories of her trip to the aquarium with you.

Bluebirds and Butterflies

Hi Ashley,
It was a joy to take Brenna to the aquarium! We all had so much fun. The octopus was, indeed, very interesting. We were all captivated! I am looking forward to seeing your upcoming posting on the strawberry picking! Love, Kim
